Mr. Tuchi, is a retired KPMG Senior Partner where his global responsibilities and accomplishments while at KPMG included: (i) National Practice Director, responsible for Healthcare Engineering Services, facilities and laboratory design and construction management; (ii) U.S. Partner, KPMG International Logistics Management Consulting Committee, established worldwide transportation and distribution service offices and network in 35 countries; (iii) Chairman, International Lottery & Gaming Committee; started 36 lotteries in the U.S., Canada, Korea, United Kingdom, South America and Australia; (iv) P&L responsibility generating over $650 million in annual operating revenues; (v) Established 11 new business ventures in the Firm; and (vi) Management and operating responsibility for over 370 consulting professionals. Upon retiring from KPMG, Mr. Tuchi went on to serve as Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of the Health Care Management Services Division in AT&T Corp. Mr. Tuchi was the founder and CEO of Global Health Sciences, LLC. The company was founded to provide remote patient monitoring between physicians, healthcare providers, managed care, and home care agencies

Mr. Grigsby is the Chairman and CEO of Gas It Up, Inc., an app-based mobile fueling delivery company operating in the Eastern Region of the USA. Grigsby is focused on growing the company into the “Uber” of mobile fueling through the company’s B2B and B2C models. He has over 35 years of domestic and international investment and business experience with Merrill Lynch and Prudential in New York City.  He is a Co-founder and Partner of TBS Falcon, an international energy advisory and consulting firm operating primarily in the Middle East where his responsibilities include but are not limited to energy project orientation, project leadership, structure, and investments for both domestic and international opportunities. Previously, Mr. Grigsby was the founder of Targeted Business Solutions LLC, created to implement “state-of-the-art” innovation, provide “world-class” expertise, educate, and offer its clients cost effective technologies to increase the energy efficiency of their buildings and save them significant money on energy costs. He has assembled a consortium of energy and realty partners that collectively bring the best available technologies in the industry

Mr. Foight is a senior project management consultant and practice leader in organizational design, change management, compensation and benefits program design, review, and administration. Multi-disciplinary experience includes strategic planning, forensic plan reviews, statistical analysis, fiduciary operations, market research, finance, investment management, operational management, executive compensation, and employee benefits matters, employee retention and evaluation disciplines. Lloyd has experience working with senior executives and the Boards of Directors on major projects, including the development of a Professional call center operation for a Fortune 50 public company, frozen pension plan administration for a Fortune 500 company, and executive advisement for participants in several non-qualified retirement plans of public and private organizations.

Mr. Meredith, the inventor of the “Smart Token” and the patented “Atomic Swap” digital wallet, created UberFi to provide financial inclusion to the 2 billion global underbanked. UberFi’s eco-system issues Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) backed by tokenized assets and create jobs through their TAN Agent network and turnkey retail Point of Sale (POS) systems. UberFi enables free global money transfer and guaranteed micro-loans to build credit for consumers worldwide by issuing free ONLY Wallets. Preceding Bitcoin, Tom has been fascinated by digital currencies. He productized his Smart Token Patent Application (2004) by tokenizing prepaid cellphone minutes globally enabling free P2P money transfer as BitMinutes. He designed and built a hybrid Decentralized Finance (DeFi) platform, bridging the traditional settlement networks (MasterCard, SWIFT) with the growing Blockchain networks (Bitcoin, etc.)  Tom received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Stanford University in 3 years; graduating later with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Harvard Business School. After Stanford, Tom began his computer career with Digital Equipment Corporation, transitioning to Wall Street post Harvard. He joined the ranks of entrepreneurs by founding VoxLink, an innovator of voice mail and e-mail integration for several Fortune 500 corporations

Mr. Gardner is a former United States Air Force Veteran with more than 20 years of combined active-duty and Department of Defense service time.  His active-duty military time resulted in seven decorations, active war zone deployment, and several peace keeping missions to include Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield, Operation Southern Watch, and Operation Enduring Freedom.  He managed being a married father of twins, an active-duty military member, a certified Cisco Networking Academy Instructor, and a full-time college student with a 4.0 GPA, all at the same time.  Known for his high capacity for learning and production, he was highly recruited by top Defense Industry companies such as Lockheed Martin, L-3 Communications, and CACI.  After leaving active duty in 2003, he took a position with CACI and climbed the ranks to become a Senior Networking Engineer Instructor at Shaw Air Force Base, United States Central Command.  He led many projects as the Project Lead that spanned several countries across the Southwest Asia Theatre of Operations – Turkey, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Russia, to name a few.  These projects often exceeded 300 million in hardware costs and required cradle-to-grave engineering to include documentation, deployment, installation, training, and remote sustainment efforts on behalf of the AFCENT A6 Command.

Chad Lefevre is an international Design Thinker and senior-level creative strategist, author, and speaker. For eighteen years he has worked with leaders and companies to successfully design business strategy, and lead cultural transformation through leadership development initiatives. Chad founded The Most Important Conversations (TMIC), where he is convening a think tank community of free thinkers, leaders, strategists, creators, builders and investors to design, collaborate and create new solutions, systems and structures to existing global challenges, for humanity to thrive; whether local, regional, national or transnational. TMIC accomplishes this through the development of their reCreation Centers (prototypes of life regenerative living and working environments that humans will require to thrive in the coming decades given the effects of climate change), and through its deployment of the DesignShop® methodology in the formats of organizational DesignShops (for organizations), DesignSummits (for the world) and Design Labs (for leaders). Chad's work has been featured in INC., and he has served such companies/brands as: Coca-Cola, TELUS, Sony Music Latin, Music World, SimWin (AI sports metaverse), United Way, Shell, the Hoffman Institute, the Canfield Group, Bell West, Richard Blanco: Poet Laureate to the Obama Administration. He was a co-producer of SANG in Los Angeles, which featured leading thinkers including Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Peter Guber, Tony Hsieh, and Peter Diamandis, among hundreds of others. He also co-produced the Sundance Thought Leader Summit, and is currently co-producing the California Womens Conference, and a series of “DesignSummits” on AI, the Energy Transition, and Life Regenerative Architecture.

Mr. Johnston is a serial entrepreneur with a rare mix of technical and commercial skills. Inventor of Cast Iron payment methodology, the fundamental basis of both Google and Apple Pay today. Chris is a seasoned advertising executive, previously working at J Walter Thompson and M&C Saatchi, two of the world’s biggest advertising agencies. He is a Big Data specialist, having worked with McKinsey & Co to bring together the £10bn of healthcare activity in London’s NHS into a single data warehouse using pseudonimisation techniques to ensure privacy, he also then developed algorythms to improve care quality. Mr. Johnston is the Inventor of the Liberty patent portfolio and deal maker of the 100 million user plus contracts to date. Chris is an Award winning Blockchain innovator and passionate about the future of digital data and the convergence of new

industries utilizing the blockchain.

Mr. Rita III serves as the Trustee of GSRMs' Aloha Seas Trust, an Hawaiian housing and development trust to support Hawaiis' Holomua 30x30 initiative. John  has a multi decade career planning and developing residential and commercial properties, managing relationships with investors and financial institutions, negotiating, and importing finishing products from around the world, and managing portfolios of real estate assets.  On  the  Hawaiian Islands, Mr. Rita III,  has completed 24 multi-family / commercial developments, 6 multi-family / assisted living developments, and several single-family developments. For over 25 years, he  has been responsible for site assemblage, project design, entitlements, construction, renovations of all types of development deals, across the Islands. Total transactions over USD 500 million.   John serves on the board of The World Coral Reef Project, a Hawaii based non profit focused on providing coral reef educational programs through the local schools.  John is passionate about preserves Hawaiis' natural resources and educating the next generations on responsible pono practices. 

Kassie Smith is an award-winning leader who founder the first full-service "project development" company in Las Vegas. This success gave Smith and her teams notoriety as a sought-after development company.  Smith has been commended throughout her career at building and motivating high performance teams and a powerhouse on projects receiving numerous Awards for excellence in leadership and performance on projects, educated in Architectural Design, Construction Management and Real Estate Development, leveraging her skills for successful projects.

As a philanthropist and leader for her entire career, Smith has raised capital for charities, industry organizations and the ground up development of The Smith Center of Performing Arts in Las Vegas. Ms. Smith speaks at events and has donated her time to woman's leadership initiatives and sits on boards to furthering the success of her market.
